For the app you want autorun right click on it choose Shortcut properties, advanced and you find at the bottom of the windows the options for launch it (Never ; Always on startup ; On startup if not already running ; On shutdown ; On shutdown if not already running).

If you have many apps to run, in Liberkey Tools => Liberkey configuration => Autorun you can choose the order to launch them,the time before launch and between two launches.

(Sorry, but at these time you can't add apps in these Autorun configuration's windows directly by drag and drop or with a button. I hope it will be possible in the future).

Sorry my bad english, but I was talking about the liberkey menu v5 itself.

How can I configure to liberkey menu v5 autorunning instead v4.9??

Place a shortcut of LiberKey.exe in your Startup folder.
Start Menu / Programs / Startup folder

I think he wants to automatically choice one of the two menu at startup. Please have a look at:
viewtopic.php?p=25150#p25150 (in french but I hope understandable by reading the codes)

He wants to execute "LiberKey" when windows start.

There is no check box in LiberKey confugurations to set this at the moment.
