[SOLVED] Problem with Opera 33.0.1990.58

Even after a removal of Opera 32.0.1948.25, and doing a fresh install (of 33.0.1990.58) liberkey thinks 32.0.1948.25 is installed and reports an available 33.0.1990.58 update ..... in an never-ending loop. When the update is triggered, the install says "already installed"

I have LiberKey on a thumb drive I take with me, as well as on my home computer. It's a hell of a lot easier to navigate than ƒµÇ|<ing WindHOSE Explorer, and I've tried uninstall Opera on the home computer setup, as well as on the thumb drive. It's Endless Loop City. However, I did note, this time after uninstalling, it left a folder named Opera_2013-08-10_16-27-54 in the Apps folder. I deleted that one manually. I reinstalled again, aww, fudge, no love.

it looks like an antivirus issue which takes too long to "release" extracted files to be installed by Liberkey Installer.

Certainly not an antivirus issue !
As I wrote, I did an uninstall followed by a add (new install) of 33.0.1990.58 which completes succesfully except that Opera is known afterwards by liberkey as Opera 32.0.1948.25.
To be 100 % sure, I did this again with antivirus disabled. Same result

Could you try this link for Opera 33.0.1990.58 as an offline setup, please :)

Exactly the same.
Once the installer launched, the setup says "already installed" where I reply to do the reinstall.
When finished the "check for updates" offers again the "Opera 33.0.1990.58" update.

Looks like the version is not registered correctly in the liberkey-db, resulting in always ofefring the same update over and over again.

Additionally, the liberkey HTML-update-page is not shown for this Opera update. Only when doing an uninstall / add again the HTML-update-page is shown once for this opera update

Try to perform an automatic repair:
Liberkey Tools -> Manage Applications -> Add/Remove programs -> Add Applications -> Repair damaged applications

No luck.
The repair terminated with "No damaged application was found" and the Opera 33.0.1990.58 is still offered as an update despite it's installed

Nothing stays the same

I "Repair damaged applications" as you coments, but nothing.

I installed new LiberKey in another location, and nothing, either. LiberKey think you have an earlier version (although orpera version is correct).
