Unable to download via Google Chrome?

I am unable to download the installer when using Google Chrome, even after disabling my ad blocker, etc. This occurred on several machines.
I am forced to revert to Internet Explorer to download the setup file.
No error message is displayed.
Apologies if this is a known issue. I’m new to Liberkey.
