I'm looking for a software that would do that:
- add annotations to some videos (e.g., like an arrow or a circle with a label to identify the name of certain persons on a movie; that persons are moving in that video, so annotations must follow them)
- add some images to videos (e.g., if I want to cover person faces with memes, that follow person movements and what they are doing at moment)
- can do it "automatically" through the frames (I'm not wanting a software to make me working frame-by-frame)
