Eigenmath does algebraic manipulation, symbolic calculus, function graphing and more. Very light (569K) and open source.

There are versions for Windows, Mac, Linux and Nintendo DS. Tested on Windows XP and 7 (and DS too

Hmmm... looks really good, and is really small. A quick way to draw graphs.
