OpenVPN portable is a portableapps packaged tool, Liberkey cannot use it.

OpenVPN is an SSL VPN and as such is not compatible with IPSec, L2TP, or PPTP, which are used by Windows to establish VPN connections. http://openvpn.net/index.php/open-source.html
