Problem with update

Postby llumby » 24 April 2015, 20:40

I have version 5.7.0620, when you start telling me that an update is available. (2.16 MB)
Pulse in the menu to download and a progress bar appears, but at the end nothing happens, not updated.
I tried downloading the patch offline versions 8.5.1104 and 5.7.0406, and the two make mistake, not updated.
Any idea to solve the problem?
Thank you.

Hello.

Could you precise us what are your LiberKey LinkLiberkey tools >> Configuration >>Technical information (Paste the copy in your message after click on Copy these information to the clipboard)
and eventually precise us if you have checked or not some of these options in LiberKey LinkLiberkey tools >> Configuration >> Liberkey tools.

It's possible you have a similar problem to these one : http://www.liberkey.com/forums/support-en/solved-update-problem-5040.html?p=30658&format=html&lang=fr#p30658.

I'm glad you were able to solved the problem.
At work, your network administrator may have blocked the execution of .exe's updates on PC.
