While LiberKey is showing updates of a number of apps, Audacity' latest version is 3.0.2, but on the Audacity website their already on 3.4.2.

Is there a specific reason why Audacity is not updated in LiberKey (but other apps are)?

This issue is not limited to Audacity. There are many, many portable applications that are updated in other Portable Application Suites (PAS). So many in fact that I've started installing those apps in those PAS so I can get updates and simply creating a shortcut to them in LiberKey once installed. While I would prefer not launching those PAS to get updates, I find it is now definitely worth my while given the number of apps I have installed outside of LiberKey.

It seems that LiberKey still has Audacity version 3.0.2, and the latest version on the official website is 3.4. To update, you'll have to download the new version manually from the Audacity website or wait for LiberKey to update.

Hey MicketsBR, good catch! I've noticed that sometimes there's a bit of a lag between official releases and when they show up on LiberKey. It could be related to testing for compatibility within the LiberKey environment. Waiting can be frustrating, I know! Sometimes I feel like I just want to kick the buddy who's holding up the updates! Hopefully, they'll get the newer version out soon. Thanks for bringing it to everyone's attention.
