You can install all apps more easily using the flat catalog.
Click on all links

, apps would be automatically added into Liberkey installer list.

When all apps are in the list, just install all of them in one shot.

Is there any software which could inform me about my all software’s is update or not?

I think there is no need to have such kind of software because it will show you when you have done it. Simple!
