registering account is impossible

I tried to register a LiberKey account but could not because the reCAPTCHA is defunct.

Ah that would of been Google/Alphabet retiring the reCAPTCHA v1 as at 31st of March 2018.

Looking at the registration form it would seem that the Liberkey admins have changed it for confirmation code challenge.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
This page does not serve very often because usually the users register by the forum ...
This is now fixed!
