LiberKey launch time is too big

LiberKey launch time is too big

Event if liber key already lounched and I start it again it tooks for 3-5 seconds to start.
First launch is also requires 3-5 seconds.
It almost equals to Photoshop launchtime.

Please, remove Sleep operations from start time.

Hardware is i7 3Ghz, 16Gb RAM.

My LiberKey needs two seconds to appear. It's almost as long as booting windows! :sleep:
