Error 0xc000007b is usually related to conflicts between 32-bit and 64-bit libraries. You can try reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (both 2013 and 2015), and make sure you are using the correct version of XMedia Recode for your operating system (32-bit or 64-bit).

It seems that you're encountering an error with XMedia Recode. The message indicates that the application failed to start correctly with the error code 0xc000007b. This error often occurs due to issues with incompatible 32-bit and 64-bit versions of applications or missing DLL files.
